Who we are

Little Angels means Little ones in the biblical allusion

Little Angels means Little ones in the biblical allusion, the young ones whom Jesus blessed as they are selfless.

During the first 1 yearof our existence we presented ourselves as ‘a hope for the world to see African child suffering, and for an African needy child to see the world’. Our symbol is hands holding African Orphans + At -risk Children. One hand on the left and the other fright placing children inside the helping hands- these hands needs to protect a child Africa and from the rest of the world. The original slogan EveryChild DeservesLoveis linked to what a two helping hands provides and can as well be understood as a call to Africa to help its Orphans + At-risk Children.

Thelogo shows the synergy and impact of education, crafts and ecotourism. The white children represents the African innocent Child (people) supported by Little Angels Ministry Uganda through it’sprogrammatic activities. The shape of the logo evokes the protection of Children in Uganda.

“Every Child Deserves Love”

“Every Child Deserves a better life, help them to have one”

“Give your hands to serve and your heart to love”

“And when you welcome one of these children because of me, you welcome me”
JESUS Mathew 18:5 (CEV)

At little Angels Ministry Uganda, We believe in training up a child in the way that he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
(Proverbs 22:6 KJV).

Who Is a Little Angel!

“Little Angels” is the title John gave to a special and ongoing effort to bless small children – usually from birth through about the age of 12. He refers to them as “Little Angels” because of their age and size. It was such an innocent child John dreamt helping that our Lord used to describe the very essence of heaven in the gospel account found in

Matthew, chapter 18.

Secondly, He refers to them as “Little Angels” because they are truly “not guilty” of any crime. Ezekiel 18:20 clearly states that children are not guilty of the sins of their parents. Still, they suffer. It is excruciating to observe the children during the “visits” to HIV/AIDS infected homes and the HIV/AIDS infected children. They cry out for love and attention and can’t understand the reason for an “all-too-soon” end to the visit.

John says,

“I confess that this scene is too much, even for this orphan + at-risk children Charity of over 5 years. I admit I turn my eyes away in an effort to regain composure. Surely, this agony ranks at the top of the ‘price-tag’ attached to whatever sins have been committed. The child is completely innocent but must go through the pain anyway.”

Family contact helps relationships survive. And, something almost “magical” happens when one looks into the innocent face of a child. The child loves his or her Mom and Dad. A child has blind faith that good things will happen. Their dancing eyes fan the flames of hope in the hearts of adults, too.

When you look into the eyes and face of a sweet, young, innocent child . . . it breaks our heart. Please join us in prayer for a better world – today and tomorrow!

The values we hold on to

Lasting transformation of a child comes through truth and hope in Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible is the Truth, the infallible Word of God. This is the foundation of our values, purpose, and actions.

Children will have the opportunity to learn about God, His purpose for their life, and hope for the future.

Children get help with their studies and are taught problem-solving, leadership, literacy, numeracy, and other life skills.

The hope center provides nutritious food and supplements. Children also have access to medical check-ups and immunizations to fight common diseases.

Children are encouraged to socialize with others and instructed in sports, music, and drama. These activities, with special outings, will help them make and keep friends.

Above all else, we are accountable to God. We are committed to be honest and transparent in our conduct. We continually strive to attain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of work and ministry.

Through love we show value to a child. Love requires us to live outside ourselves and give sacrificially. It is our motivation in everything we do.

We believe in the power of one person to change the world for one child. By connecting a sponsor and child, both lives are positively impacted. Ultimately, one child can make a difference in their family, community, and generation.

God has a plan and purpose for each child. We focus on children as individuals and encourage their dreams and aspirations. Our decisions and actions are guided by the best interest of the child.

We value personal interaction that encourages spiritual growth. Being involved in a small group allows believers to experience and share in the greatest level of spiritual intimacy, encouragement.

We value opportunities to share our faith and see children transformed in every part of the world. We have both a local and global perspective in helping children find their way back to God.

We value personal spiritual growth. Becoming a disciple a following learner of Jesus Christ is at the heart of Christ’s desire for all believers.

We value faithful support of God’s work through financial stewardship. Faithful stewardship of all of our resources including time, possession and money is a key mark of genuine faith.

We take personal responsibility for using our resources efficiently, achieving measurable results, and being accountable to supporters, partners and, most of all, children.

We are demanding of ourselves and our colleagues, set high goals and are committed to improving the quality of everything we do for children. We are open to new ideas, embrace change, and take disciplined risks to develop sustainable solutions for and with children.

We respect and value each other, thrive on our diversity, and work with partners to leverage our global strength in making a difference for children. We aspire to live to the highest standards of personal honesty and behaviour; we never compromise our reputation and always act in the best interests of children
